The Marie Skłodowska-Curie project ‘Glob Pop Nat’ will witness several more publications, in addition to the Oxford University Press monograph already published on The Thought of Bal Gangadhar Tilak (2024).
Forthcoming in 2026 is a book under contract with Bloomsbury Academic which, on the back of the 2024 project conference in Venice https://tinyurl.com/2utbwyhp, gathers together a group of eminent historians and social scientists to discuss populist nationalism across the globe over the ‘long twentieth century’. The book seeks to investigate how the present relates to the past of this phenomenon, and how a globalised approach of it can enhance our understanding of it, while bringing the various disciplines involved in its study into dialgoue.
